Half Space (Grand Hall or Reception Hall): $500 flat rental rate + $300 per hour with a 5 hour minimum
Full Space (Both Grand Hall and Reception Hall): Half space rates + $1,000

*All weekday bookings have the option to rent half-space only

Staffing, tables and chairs are all included in the rental rates. Option for audio & visual (microphones & projector) +$200
*Holidays and Holiday weekends are charged Saturday rates regardless the day of the week

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS

We require a 50% non-refundable down payment upon booking with the remaining balance due 90 days prior to your event. In addition, we have a $500 refundable deposit. If the booking falls within 90 days, we require the full upfront.

TIME-FRAME FOR BOOKINGS

Monick Yards is available for rent between the hours of 8am-11pm. Weddings include the full time-frame. Our hours are 9am to 1am on New Years Eve. Drink orders stop at 11pm and guests to be cleared out by 12am.

FOOD & BEVERAGE POLICIES

We work with exclusive catering partners and offer a full-service in-house bar. All beverages must go through Monick Yards. Weddings along with Fridays - Sundays have a $2,000 bar minimum or a $1,000 drybar fee.

 

VENUE MANAGER ON-SITE

Each event is staffed with a Venue Manager who will represent Monick Yards and be on-site to answer any questions. For weddings, we require a day-of coordinator to assist and ensure that your day goes as smoothly as possible.

 

TABLES & CHAIRS / SET UP & TEAR DOWN INFO

Tables and chairs are included in your rental. We work with you to establish the desired layout for your event and have staff to handle setup and teardown tables and chairs. Décor setup and teardown is the renter or event planner’s responsibility.

 

ENCHANCEMENTS

Custom cocktails, juice or mimosa bars, champagne tower, etc. Ask us about our enhancement options to help elevate your event. You can select enhancements at your 90 day meeting.
