Graduation Parties
IN THE GRAND HALL
Graduation is coming up and the Grand Hall at Monick Yards is the perfect spot to celebrate. Pair up with friends to host a joint open house, or throw an independent graduation party. The Grand Hall boasts 3,100 sqft, soaring 16 foot ceilings, clean white walls, large warehouse windows and a marble built in bar.
DATES & TIME SLOTS AVAILABLE
At this time, we are only booking for 2025 dates. Time slots listed below are for venue access time. Please set your party time-frame to include 30 minutes for decorating and 30 minutes for tear down. Time slots are first come first serve.

RATES & INCLUSIONS
Each three hour slot is priced at $700
Open food and beverage policy (excluding alcohol)
The room is set the same layout for each time slot and includes:
6 qty 8ft rectangle custom wood tables for seating
48 qty black bentwood chairs
6 qty standing black cocktail tables
16ft buffet table for food & apps
16ft table for achievements/displays/card table/etc.
Bar space for beverages
